» Payment Methods
To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website.
Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or connected bank account. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's page where you can make the payment.
1) Log in your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2) Enter your Card Details, the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, then click Submit.
3) Your Payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your email inbox.
NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Ensure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address.

We accept all Visa or Mastercard card type now!
1) Choose your shipping address or create a new one.
2) Choose Credit or Debit Card payment.
3) Enter and check your Card Details.
4) Click 'Pay' and your payment will be processed. Any update of the order will be sent to your email inbox.
NOTE: Credit cards can only be tried 10 times per hour, if you have made many failed attempts, credit card will be locked for one hour. NewChic never saves your card number and detail information.
Transactions under Review
Very few transactions will need to be reviewed. It will be done in 1 bussiness day. You will be notified via email of any updates, or you can just check the user center for the real-time order status.
» Why was my Credit Card Payment Declined?
The most common credit card issue is incorrect card details, if you have checked the card details are correct the following issues may raise.
. Do not honor by your card issuing bank.
. Insufficient funds in your card.
. Card has expired or a new card has not been activated.
. System section time-out.
. Stolen or lost card.
Can't see the credit card option? Credit card is available in most countries that we have an association with. If it is not available, we cannot accept credit cards directly. You can still use your credit card with PayPal.
If you have an issue with your card payment, there are numerous reasons as shown above. Unfortunately we don't have access to the precise information. We strongly suggest you check the card details, complete the transaction with another card or use the other payment methods. If the problem persists, please contact your card issuing bank.
